 There is a marvelous neighborhood in Santa Maria that is quite unique. The River Oaks subdivision is situated off Highway 101 and Donovan Road in North East Santa Maria. It is approximately 2 miles from Highway 166 which makes it easy to visit friends and family in Bakersfield. The subdivision was built between 1999 and 2003.

Investors are often confused about the difference between retirement accounts and investments. Let me clarify.
Retirement accounts are tax sheltered accounts. Roth and TraditionalIRA are individual retirement accounts. 401(k) and 403(b) are the tax codes for these two well known retirement accounts for employees of businesses and organizations.

Today I invested in the Morgan Stanley India Investment Fund, Inc (IIF).
The MS India Investment Fund is a closed end fund that started in 1994 and currently has over $980 million dollars invested in India.I was looking for a fund that had a long-term presence in India. My rationale? If mutual fund companies continue to move into India as they've announce they will do, the share prices of existing funds may be bid up.

 One of the first things I learned from my brief time working for the federal Small Business Administration (SBA) is that the SBA does not provide grants to small business owners. The SBA does provide education, advice, and loans (including real estate) to small businesses.
