While visiting RealEstateJournal.com I found this quick construction cost estimator by RSMeans. The easy to use calculator allows you to select from 50 building types to estimate the cost of commercial construction. The user inputs the construction site zip code and expected square feet. I had a student who wanted to purchase a house to “flip”. He indicated he talked to his real estate broker and she indicated that now is not the time to get an adjustable rate mortgage.
